Class Descriptions

The Pilates method aims to strengthen the core, lengthen the spine, build muscle tone and increase body awareness. The exercises are executed in a controlled manner with an emphasis on form and mind-body connection. Props are used occasionally to complement some of the exercises. The classes are suitable for all levels, and you are encouraged to work and progress at a comfortable pace.

The Stretch and Core class takes a gentle approach with a focus on core stability and stretches to improve flexibility in the joints and muscles.

Pilates on the Ball makes use of the stability ball for all of the exercises. This class challenges the core, your balance and coordination.

The physical benefits of Pilates are further deepened through Hatha Yoga. In this discipline, heart, mind and body are integrated through breath and physical postures to promote a harmonious unified whole. Classes are suitable for all levels.


Zumba Fitness is the ultimate exercise in disguise.  You will move and groove to upbeat and fun Latin rhythms to easy to follow steps.  You will shake yourself into shape in no time.  Stuitable for all fitness levels and no previous experience.
